In the Art Room - Birds

My third graders worked on this one for a couple weeks.  We talked about how to position the bird if it was flying vs. sitting in a tree vs. pecking at the ground.  We used water color and colored pencils -  I wish they had pressed harder with their pencils!  Why do kids color so darn light!!!!
